Automatic CNC lathe for machining pipe parts

Taian Haishu Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional company that develops, manufactures and sells CNC lathes. It undertakes the solution and implementation of customer's machining solutions and manufactures intelligent special lathes that meet the special requirements of customers.

Since August 2017, our company has produced two batches of automatic CNC lathes for pipe parts to customers in Saudi Arabia.The lathe is customized according to customer requirements and its characteristics are as follows:

1. The manipulator first clamps and feeds the material, and after machining one side, it rotates 180° and then feeds to realize automatic machining on both sides of the pipe parts.

2. The chuck is hydraulically clamped, and the pipe parts is pneumatically topped before and after.

3. It is equipped with feeding device and receiving device to realize intelligent integration of automatic feeding, automatic clamping, automatic machining and automatic receiving.

4. The main functions of the machine include: outer circle, end face, chamfer, inner bore, internal and external thread, tapping, slotting, cone, ball, etc.

5, The machining rangeof the machine: pipe diameter 10-50mm, length 20-100mm.

6, The machining efficiencyof the machine: 20s / piece.

This automatic CNC lathe is suitable for the machining of large batch pipe parts. High efficiency, intelligent, and labor saving.

After the lathe is delivered to the customer, it receives the praise of the customer. In order to meet the scale of production, the customer stated that the all automatic CNC lathe should continue to be ordered in the future.
